Delivery

UK orders:

Delivery will be by Royal Mail 1st class. Your order will normally be dispatched the day after you have placed your order and cleared payment.

Standard delivery is free to all postcodes within mainland UK.

Express delivery is available for an additional £5.00 per parcel. Your order will be prioritised and sent via Royal Mail T24 tracked service. If you order by 12pm, you should receive your order the following day.

US customers:

Tariffs are included in the postage costs of your item so you should have no unexpected surprises on delivery.

Smaller items cost £12.00 for delivery.

Larger items (cushions and hot water bottles) cost £14.00 for delivery.

We send via tracked international delivery which we find takes approximately 1 week.

International orders:

Smaller items cost £8.50 for delivery.

Larger items (cushions and hot water bottles) cost £12.00 for delivery.

We send via tracked international delivery which we find takes approximately 1 week.

EU:

We ship internationally, but not to the EU. I’m afraid it’s just become too costly and complicated for a small business like Dahlia Days to navigate the EU’s GPSR.
